The rules in the back
FX, sales tax, accruals, settlement: the parts you'd rather not think about.
One system that replaces QuickBooks, the bookkeeper, and most of the year-end CPA bill. Run it with Claude.ChatGPT.your AI agent. Claude
Forward them, drop them in, or let the bank feed pull them. Each one lands on the transaction it belongs to.
The agent proposes the category, the split, the month. You skim a list and confirm.

Bookkeeping isn't hard because money is complicated.
It's hard because the tools want you confused.
QuickBooks keeps adding workflows, menus, and paid experts. Bookkeepers price by complexity. So we built an accounting system from the ground up: immutable, verifiable, auditable, agent-native.
We rebuilt the ledger from first principles. It is still double-entry. Still GAAP-compatible.
But every entry now has a source: prepared, reviewed, and confirmed in the ledger. No shadow spreadsheet, no separate “final” books.
An AI agent that posts journal entries unsupervised is a liability. One hallucinated category and your P&L is wrong.
So we don't let it. You preview the change with your agent. You confirm when it looks right. The diff visible, the rationale attached, the source document linked.

You got audited. The IRS asked for support on five expenses. Ask the agent: "export the records behind these expenses". It pulls up the invoice, the receipt, the bank transaction and the notes behind every one.
